The 1st ru of MU 2016 Raquel Pelissier, posing with a happy National Director of Miss Haití, Mr. Chris Puesan (he took the franchise in 2015, left by Magali Febles) he is also dominican like Magali and the relationship between these 2 national directors is not good at all.
Chris in just 1 year achieved with the franchise a 1st ru in MU, and when Magali had it between 2010-2015, Haití did not place in MU

Chris is very proud of Raquel and thanks everyone.

(Raquel was also 2nd ru in Reina Hispanoamericana 2016)

Wow, what a surprise as 1st r.u. She has not such a beautiful face, but after the PC I put her on my Top 12, because she had a wonderful presence on stage. Yes, in presence she has the 'x factor'.

Raquel was honored by receiving the KEYS of the City of Miami.
She is still there and has been in some TV from Univisión, Raquel of course speaks French, but is also fluent in Spanish (she is studying optometry in Spain) and also fluent in English.
