The official contestants of France, Belgium, South Africa and Russia are confirmed for the MW, but not for the MU (but, obvious, they can go also to the MU in January).

Is Osmel out?
Rumours were strong in groups and pages yesterday that Osmel would have said that he have no more the franchise of the MW in Venezula. A official announcement is awaited by the MWO with a new name, like was in Mexico months ago. The strongest name would be Jacqueline Aguillera, owner of the "Señorita Venzuela Org" (all according rumours).
Remember:
Since 2011 Morley was pressing Osmel for what the MW have a exclusive attention in Venezuela. Osmel made an other pageant, to choose a unique contestant, only for the MW, but the result wasn't good. This pageant did not capture the same attention of the public and also was only a 2nd chance for girl who come from original Miss Venezuela because lost it. So, the exclusive "Miss Venezuela World" never was really the 1st and exclusive.
This was displeasing Morley, who in response did not place the Venezuelans in the top in the last years. In this war, Osmel gave other response: would not make a Miss Venezuela World pageant this year (the name "World" was out the agenda released months ago) and only would choose a girl - any one - of the top of Miss Venezuela 2015 or 2016.
