Preparation:

Then close the jar or even better wrap double gauze (yeast to “breathe”) and leave in a warm place 6-7 days to ferment.

Twice a day mix the contents of the jar and, if necessary, remove the foam. After 7 days, strain the mixture through gauze and you can get yeast of beetroot. Drink 3-4 tablespoons three times daily before meals. Yeast refrigerate.

Drink all the yeast and with it completes the first stage of liver cleanse. Take a break of three months and repeat the treatment. Again break 3 months treatment and repeat a third time. After a year of your liver will be completely clean!

During the cleaning can move sand and small stones from the kidney, but otherwise this yeast of beetroot very well cleanses the liver and kidneys.

I tried it also 4 years ago but when I transferred in another country aloe vera is not available.
