1) Only Sweden and DR were in all the lists;
2) All the other were out 2 or more lists;
3) Simeon's list wasn't add because it was "in no particular order". To add a list, it need stay in the "order of preference";
4) Joe forgot the number 11, so a number 11 was not added;
5) Rachel had S. Africa, who is "not confirmed". The current SA will go to the MW;
6) Others had Kosovo, who is also "not confirmed".

I didn't know it was compulsory to rank them. Anyway I will keep that in mind from next time onwards. Cheers!
