Karen Duarte was crowned Miss Earth Paraguay 2013 on June 27th, 2013. She will represent Paraguay in Miss Earth 2013 most likely to be held later in the year in the Philippines

She resigned because of health issues or something like that!!! The new queen will either be Liliana Fragueda (1st runner up in Miss Paraguay) or Alba Riquelme (Miss Universe Paraguay 2012)
