NEWS! Miss Universe Peru 2016 Valeria Piazza in Intensive Care Unit Due to Autoimmune Disease.
Miss Universe Peru 2016 Valeria Piazza is currently admitted at the hospital for an autoimmune disease. Jessica Newton, Miss Peru National Director, confirmed that Valeria is in delicate condition and hospital visitation policies were strictly enforced.
Valeria represented Peru at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant in the Philippines where she was one of the semifinalists, first Peruvian to place in the semifinals since Nicole Faverón in 2012. Three months before the Miss Universe pageant in the Philippines, Valeria met with an accident after being injured in car crash.
Valeria's family and friends asked for healing prayers for the beauty queen.
