Elís Miele - BRAZIL WORLD 2019

Elís Miele, 20, is the Miss Brazil World 2019.
She is a Technical Nurse and will now focus on a personal project around Breast Cancer. She will also help on the national BwP project of the CNB Org., about Leprosy.

For me, she has the "MW factor", but... but...
1) Will Morley choose other Latina after the recent del Valle and de León? Europe and Africa do not win since 2014 and 15. More: Indonesia has a strong "average" on the results on the recent years and Thailand is "fighting" to host the pageant in 2020. So, there are at least two strong Asian countries for which Morley is giving attention;
2) Does Elís speak English? Without the possibility of a good communication during the reign, her winning is improbable - and speak English is not the "extra factor" for Brazilian misses in general;
3) Has she a strong social project BwP? Manushi and de León had strong and beautiful projects;
4) And finally: the Brazilian Org is not exactly growing. They have a lot of internal problems (have not TV, sponsors, money and choose a lot of contestants, as the Miss Brazil Supra, on the same pageant - and Morley does not exactly like this system).

With Julia we do not know what to expect each year.

Elís was awarded in her state, Espírito Santo, with the two highest awards.
