Because this Pageant was cancelled last year.

I guess what Joe is saying is right, as several other times, in 2012 this pageant was cancelled. So the question is, are the 2012 delegates in 2013 edition? confused

2012 delegates in 2013 edition for some countries like Greece -i have to check it for the rest delegates.

2012 delegates in 2013 edition for some countries like Greece -i have to check it for the rest delegates.

I used to love this pageant, but since it has been changing dates and cancellations, not really a big fan now.
