The preliminaries will not be streamed online this year, president of the Miss Universe Organization Paula Shugart begged to NBC to get them to stream the preliminaries but they said no to her, she's now asking fans to comment [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to try to get NBC to change their minds.
