Biography

Lucía was born in Cali, Valle del Cauca.
She represented Valle in the 60th edition of the Miss Colombia pageant, and gave the department it's 10th crown.

She's a student of IX semester of social communication.

Confirmed, Lucia will not be crowning Señorita Colombia 2013-2014 because Miss Universe 2013 will be held on November 9th and Señorita Colombia on November 11th and the flight from Moscow to Cartagena would be very long so she'll probably take her final walk before she leaves for Moscow.

Don't know if I posted this yet, but Lucia already knows the designer of the gown she will wear in Moscow. Lets hope it isn't Barraza but I'm nervous about her gown, the gowns Daniella y Catalina wore were awful and I fear Lucia's will be bad too but the evening gown competition is her strength imo and I know she'll carry which ever gown she wears well just like Taliana did. But she needs something very flowy imo, she even could recycle the gown she wore in CNB and I wouldn't mind, she got a very high score in that gown but I think she may wear something new (I hope its better though)
