Beauty is not the greatest purpose for the MUO, we all know, so, MJ can take the 3rd crown home for Phils. People said that she pleased Shugar a lot (the MUO CEO was in Phils for the crowning) and people said that during the MUSA Teen, Isler made reference to the big audiences and fans who the MUO have in Phils. So... I think that the fans can be the X factor for her win.
What we all know, also, is that Trump "is crazy" for give a crown for Phils and after 4 years in the Top 5, MJ is with the hands on the crown.

Lastimosa will have 27 in January (in November, 2014, exactly). The MUO rules said that a girl need have 27 until February, 01, in the year who competes on MU. So, Lastimosa will be too old in January. A case for the MUO look with attention, but probably Lastimosa will participate.
