Hi everyone

I'm officially in charge of managing the hot picks of Essence of Latinas for the major pageants international and minor in order to make these hotpicks, I need your help. As forumers I want you to Private Message your choices for the specific pageant to me in the format I give. I will calculate the scores and the total scores will determine the hotpicks of the pageant. This week, the pageant I'm making hotpicks for is Miss Universe 2013 #1. IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Hi everyone, since majority of the members have sent in their lists, I have decided to close the applications today and start the leaderboard and banner. HOWEVER, there is a tie between 3 girls for 15th and 16th place. So you have until thursday to tell me your ranking of these girls. Anyone can tell me their ranking of these 3 girls.

So the girls that are tied for 15&16th place are:
