For look to brazilian essence, we need go back, to the beggining of the country in MU. We need go until the 50s. In the 1st 10 years of Brazil in MU, the country made 9 tops. The essence? 9/10
Great numbers, great results, a great essence.

In 2012, the forum Reinas de Belleza Univision made it list of "Most Beautiful 1st in MU". And they showed us, during the game, the faves year after year. And, yes, we have a lot of Brazilian girls in the list!

We begin with the 50s.

1954
Was the 1st ever of Brasil on MU and Miss Brasil was Marta Rocha, a stunning green eyed girl. When the girls arrived in LV, her immediately was a fave of the journalists - yes, in those times the journalists made the Hot Pics.

And after all, she placed how 1st runner-up.

Miss Brasil was Emília Barreto Correia Lima, who placed on the Top 15.

Miss Brasil was Teresinha Gonçalves Morango, who placed as 1st runner-up.

Miss Brasil was Adalgisa Colombo, who was a model in Brasil. She was the 1st miss who prepared himself for the pageant, using bath oil for show her legs in the SS competition. In a lot of comments, people sai that the crown was for her, but the judges knowed that she would renounce the title for marry. So, they decided that the winner would be other girl.
Realy, she renounce the Miss Brasil title months later for marry.
