Minicromos begins in exactly 3 weeks

It will be in San Andrés from September 2nd-September 9th and the girls will most likely visit Providencia & Santa Catalina as well

Here is Raimundo Angulo national director of CNB confirming the date in San Andrés

The candidates that are going to San Andrés, will have more info soon, the only girl who is confirmed to go is obviously Zuleika Señorita San Andrés

Also, about the number of contestants, only 4 departments haven't confirmed whether they are sending someone or not: Tolima, Naríño, Cundinamarca, y Caldas

Cundinamarca may be sending Camila Quintero, runner up in Bogotá this year, but they have also mentioned the possibility of not sending a girl to CNB this year. As for Caldas there was someone posted on the Miss Colombia Universal Beauty Voy Forum about a possible Señorita Caldas, but IDK her name and they have mentioned the possibility of withdrawing. There hasn't been any news from Tolima or Naríño lately about a contestant for those departments, so lets wait and see.

All 4 of them are potential withdraws for this year, but most likely only two of those departments will withdraw

I doubt Tolima will withdraw since they placed last year but there has been no news lately so lets see!

Rumors are spreading that Boyacá didn't get accepted into Cartagena AGAIN!!!! Lets hope its false, she deserves to go to CNB but she never gets accepted!
