Yes, the designer is Colombian, but the national director in the Philippines, is Colombian and actually one of our Miss Internationals so we have the same designer and they usually train their girls here

I AGREE WITH THE JUDGES SCORE.  OF COURSE IN A SLIGHT DIFFERENT ORDER  I CHOSE 8 OUT OF 10 FROM THE CURRENT TOP 10  

There are a few other things that go into the preliminary judging so that might not be the exact Top 10! But this year is very easy to predict

LOL, EASY TO PREDICT BECAUSE THE FRONT RUNNERS ARE VERY STRONG.  THAT'S GREAT

Meta will probably be one of the top 10, since they hosted the regional costume contest, so one of those girls will be kicked out for her from scores of other competitions, I hope it isn't Arauca
