There is one week every May when the whole European continent focuses one and only one thing....: The annual Eurovision Song Contest!!!!!!
The Eurovision Song Contest (French: Concours Eurovision de la chanson),often shortened to ESC, Eurovision, or EuroSong, is a competition held, primarily, among the member countries of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) since 1956.

Each member country submits a song to be performed on live television and radio and then casts votes for the other countries' songs to determine the most popular song in the competition. The contest has been broadcast every year since its inauguration in 1956 and is one of the longest-running television programmes in the world. It is also one of the most watched non-sporting events in the world!!

I have to admit the ESC season is my favorite time of the year and and of course my favorite TV Show ever since I can remember myself!

Some of the winners are:

ALEXANDER RYBAK (Norway) - 2010

This year the final will take place on 23 May 2015!!
The hot favorites these year are:

Ιl Volo (Italy)



Måns Zelmerlöw (Sweden)


But you can never know about ESC, it's so unpredictable! I guess it's part of it's charm!
The darkhorse is definatelly Armenia! The song is nostalgic and with a very special meaning! It's a commemoration of the Armenian Genocide by the Turks 100 years ago!

But with the ESC you can never be sure! Millions of people will vote, you can never know!
This year (only for once) Australia is particiapating because EBU wanted to thank the Australians for beiing devoted fans of the competition! So the Australian public vote is a question for me and an importand factor to the result!
This is the Aussie entry, ok but def not a winner!
